Quest from: The Prophet;
Talk to the Prophet, and he will give you a new ability - the Blessing of Talos, thus completing your preparations for the meeting with Umaril. Talk to the people gathered here and accept their membership in the Order (you may recognize some of them in previous quests), and then go to Garlas Malatar, who is marked on your map.
Once inside, a group of knights will join you. There are several enemies at this level, so their help will be greatly appreciated. Complete the first level (use the block shown in the right screenshot above to open the passage) and go to Cevsel.
At the beginning of the level, press the button and a set of doors will open. You will enter a room with a black sphere in the center. Enemies will respawn endlessly here, so leave your comrades to fight them, and go to the right, up the stairs and touch the sphere. This will stop time. Head north, reaching the door to Karak Abaran. Walk down the long hallway until you reach a room with a black pond in the middle. Umail will prove himself by defeating him (he's tough, so be careful), and when he loses, use the Blessing of Talos spell. Before you do this, take the time to look at the monster's belongings.
You will find yourself far above the Imperial City, fighting Umaril again. When you defeat him the second time, you will be teleported back to the Priory of Nine. Listen to Amiel, then talk to Berich. Go outside to watch a short scene with the rest of the knights. And that's it, guys.
